OLIY TA’LIMDA FANLARNING METODIK TA’MINOTI VA TALABALAR DAVOMATINI NAZORAT QILISH UCHUN “ONLINE DEKANAT” AXBOROT TIZIMINI ISHLAB CHIQISH
Abstract
Mazkur tezis oliy ta’lim muassasalarida fanlarning metodik ta’minoti hamda talabalar davomatini nazorat qilish jarayonlarini yagona raqamli muhitda boshqarish zaruratini asoslaydi. Tadqiqotda online dekanat tizimi “ma’lumot oqimi → monitoring → tahlil →pedagogik chora → qayta monitoring” sikliga tayangan holda pedagogik boshqaruvni optimallashtiruvchi integratsion platforma sifatida talqin qilinadi. Mavjud raqamli yechimlar (HEMIS, Moodle) tajribasi tahlil qilinib, dekanat darajasida metodik resurslar, davomat, tahliliy hisobotlar va rollar bo‘yicha javobgarlik zanjirini kompleks yuritish bo‘yicha funksional bo‘shliqlar aniqlanadi. Shu asosda online dekanatning konsepsiyasi, talablar iyerarxiyasi (strategik–tashkiliy–funksional–texnologik), rollar va huquqlar modeli (RBAC), audit-log, markazlashgan metodik baza va konsolidatsiyalangan hisobotlar mexanizmlari asoslab beriladi.
Natijada tizim dekanat faoliyatida shaffoflik, aniqlik, tezkorlik va dalillarga asoslangan qaror qabul qilishni kuchaytirishi, o‘qituvchi va talaba o‘rtasida metodik axborot almashinuvini tartibga solishi hamda davomat intizomini tarbiyaviy jihatdan qo‘llab-quvvatlashi ko‘rsatib beriladi.
